Description
The Atomos Ninja V+ Pro Kit includes the Ninja V+ monitor-recorder, an AtomX SDI module, a pre-activated H.265 codec and a pre-activated SDI RAW key. The kit's AtomX SDI module adds two 12G-SDI ports to the Ninja V monitor's HDMI output, providing up to three simultaneous video outputs. The SDI RAW licence supports RAW video up to 8K in ProRes via the HDMI and SDI outputs, as well as up to DCI 4K120. A sunhood, a battery eliminator, a mains adapter, a locking D-Tap power cable and a hard case complete this practical kit.
The Atomos Ninja V+ is a 5″ monitor-recorder capable of supporting 8K. Similar to its famous predecessor the Ninja V, the Ninja V+ now records and plays back RAW video up to 8K to and from purpose-built mini-SSDs.
The Ninja V+ can record in Apple ProRes RAW up to 8K30 or DCI 4K120 directly from the sensor, and is compatible with certain cameras such as the Canon R5. It also has H.265 pre-activated, to record with the high-quality, low-bandwidth codec for recording up to 10-bit in ProRes 4:2:2.
On the display side, the monitor offers a 10-bit screen with a brightness of 1000 cd/m² thanks to AtomHDR technology, for accurate monitoring of your log gamma and support for the popular formats of Sony, ARRI, Canon, JVC, Panasonic, Nikon, RED and Z CAM cameras.
Built to withstand the rigours of production, the Ninja V+ has an aluminium chassis and is powered by a single L-series battery.
Finally, it offers a range of on-screen exposure analysis, framing, anamorphic de-squeeze and focus-assist tools.
The AtomX SDI and AtomX SYNC modules, Connect 4K and an SDI Raw licence key, available separately, further extend your Ninja V+ capabilities.
