Description
Polarising filter in the 4 x 5.6 inch matte box format, which cuts reflections on water, glass and shiny surfaces, and can darken a blue sky and make colours richer.
Its effect changes with its orientation: it is adjusted by turning it in a rotating filter tray. It also absorbs some of the light, to be compensated for in the exposure.
