Description
Pleine Image Loc offers the Alexa Mini for hire, one of the latest cameras in the Arri Alexa range. With its carbon body, the Alexa Mini is very robust and built for projects in versatile environments. In the studio or in multi-cam, with its silent operation, you can synchronise up to 15 Alexa Minis, also compatible with the Arri Amira model. Outdoors, you can use it in hard-to-reach places thanks to its small size, long battery life, waterproof electronics and light weight. Its camera body is entirely symmetrical and allows innovative and secure positioning with numerous attachment points, ideal for portrait mode and the new delivery formats now required. ARRI now allows Wi-Fi connectivity with all types of devices (iOS or Android), to change the internal ND filters and adjust the camera settings. The Alexa Mini can be used directly with its ARRI MVF-1 OLED eyepiece viewfinder, where you can easily display your information and get a faithful image. You can also use it remotely with a wireless remote control. The Alexa Mini features three internal motorised FSND filters, 0.6 - 1.2 - 2.1, to best handle differences in brightness.
Its titanium PL mount, directly connected to the new sensor support, guarantees an ultra-stable mechanical flange focal depth, even when using large lenses. Its interchangeable mount can be changed, making it a camera compatible with B4 and EF lenses.
This camera is equipped with a 4:3 ALEV III sensor offering exceptional image quality that focuses on skin rendition, colorimetry and an extended dynamic range (HDR). This camera is a perfect tool for shooting with anamorphic lenses, such as Cooke Anamorphic lenses or Lomo Anamorphic lenses, since it is equipped with an automatic de-squeeze mode. The Alexa Mini offers frame rates from 0.75 to 200 fps, and records in ProRes and uncompressed ARRIRAW on CFast 2.0 cards, with real-time 4K UHD output for a high-resolution result and extraordinary image quality. Our Alexa Mini is equipped with the 4:3 licence, which allows the use of a larger area of the sensor as well as 2x anamorphic de-squeeze for monitoring screens. Its low weight and small size allow it to be used in many configurations, with a Ronin 2, an Easy RIG Vario 5 or simply with the help of a shoulder rig. You can also fit it with a wide range of mechanical or electronic accessories to best adapt it to your needs on shoots.
