Description
IB/E Optics PLx2 VV focal length doubler with PL mount: fitted between lens and camera, it doubles the focal length of VistaVision-format PL lenses, with an image circle of up to 46.4 mm.
By doubling the image size, it spreads the light over four times the area, which costs two stops. Its optical design uses high-index, low-dispersion glass. IB/E publishes a lens-by-lens compatibility list.
