Aputure Storm CS32: 3,200 W of colour LED, outdoors and in the studio
The Storm CS32 joins our lighting fleet: a 3,200 W weatherproof LED fixture, tunable from 1,800 to 20,000 K, built as a high-output point source.
The output of big fixtures
With its 30° reflector, the Storm CS32 delivers 106,000 lux at 3 metres in daylight (5,600 K). That puts it in the class of 4 kW HMIs and 10 kW tungsten Fresnels.
It adds the benefits of LED: instant on, dimming without colour shift, and colour you can adjust from the desk or a phone.
Every colour, accurately
Its BLAIR-CG engine combines seven types of LED, including extended red and indigo. Colour temperature runs from 1,800 to 20,000 K with green-magenta correction, and colour rendering reaches CRI 97 and TLCI 98.
Outdoors and in the studio
Rated IP65, the CS32 works outside, even in the rain. Bare, its beam opens to 78°; with the supplied reflector it tightens to 30°. It also takes the Aputure CF16 motorised Fresnel, available from our fleet.
Control it over DMX, RDM, Art-Net, sACN, wireless CRMX, or Bluetooth with the Sidus Link app.

What you get
The head with its yoke, the ballast, the reflector, the lamp mount, the P17 power cable and the ballast clamp: a 40 kg kit. The head weighs almost 20 kg with its yoke, so plan a sturdy stand; the planning desk can add one to your list.
