Description
ARRI LCUBE CUB-1 miniature converter that translates the LBUS protocol of ARRI and cmotion lens motors into a serial link (RS232, RS422, RS485), and vice versa, to bring a distance meter or a third-party camera into the system.
It works in three modes: distance (it passes the readings of a UDM-1 or a Cine Tape to LBUS devices), camera (recording start on some third-party cameras) and motor (motor control over RS232). It attaches by dovetail to its bracket with a 3/8" screw.
